Plans

The plans offered will include: a Team Plan for Cross Country and a Team Plan for Track and Field Distance both include day to day workouts for a season. Also in plans will be individual plans for specific runners. Both the Cross Country and Track Distance Plans are based on the practice and meet schedules provided by the coast. The day to day workouts are based on the championship formulas and theories developed by Coach Sayles in his years as a highly successful coach in the super competitive California high school scene.
