Plans
The plans offered will include: a Team Plan for Cross Country and a Team Plan for Track and Field Distance both include day to day workouts for a season. Also in plans will be individual plans for specific runners. Both the Cross Country and Track Distance Plans are based on the practice and meet schedules provided by the coast. The day to day workouts are based on the championship formulas and theories developed by Coach Sayles in his years as a highly successful coach in the super competitive California high school scene.

Last Chance Team Plan
Coach Sayles will plan day to day workouts for the remainder of your season. These are proven championship level workouts that achieved great results in California State Meet over the years.

Race Plans 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, Marathon
You can choose either a 5k or 10k plan and further choose among beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. The plans cover a 16-week buildup to your race day and include a description of each day’s workout with directions for how to determine the correct paces. These special offers include a 10-minute weekly consultation with Coach Sayles so he can help monitor your progress and paces and answer any questions you may have.
